Document Upload Terms of Service 

Effective Date: August 13, 204 

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By uploading a document to Cure HSPB88’s website, you agree to these Document Upload Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not upload any documents. Cure HSPB8 is a fiscally sponsored project of Social and Environmental Entrepreneurs, Inc., a Delaware nonprofit corporation with its principal place of business at 23564 Calabasas Road, Suite 201, Calabasas, CA 91302.  

2. Rights and Permissions 

You affirm that you: 

- Have the legal right and authority to upload the document. 

- Have obtained all necessary permissions from any third parties involved in the document’s content. 

- The document does not infringe on any intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties. 

3. Grant of Rights 

By uploading a document, you grant Cure HSPB8 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to: 

- Use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and publicly display the document in connection with our operations. 

- Share the document with third parties as necessary for our business purposes. 

4. Responsibilities 

You are solely responsible for the content of the documents you upload. You agree not to upload any document that is: 

- Illegal, defamatory, obscene, or offensive. 

- Infringing on any intellectual property or proprietary rights. 

- Containing personal or confidential information without proper authorization. 

5. Data Security 

While we take reasonable measures to protect uploaded documents, we cannot guarantee their security. You are responsible for any data security measures you deem necessary. 

6. Termination 

We reserve the right to remove or delete any document that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

Cure HSPB8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the document upload functionality. 

8. Changes to Terms 

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the document upload functionality constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
